Service Modifications
Photography services are customized and delivered based on specific client requirements. If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled photography session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate changes when feasible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances and the terms of your service agreement. Generally:
- If a session is cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided
- If a session is cancelled by the client with sufficient notice, refunds will be processed according to the terms of your agreement
- Once photography services have been completed and images delivered, refunds are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances
Image Revisions
If you are not satisfied with delivered images, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and may provide revisions or additional editing as appropriate, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
Digital Products
Digital photography files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. Once files have been downloaded, they are considered delivered. Please ensure you have appropriate backup systems in place.
